A parent guide to stamps — calm, simple, and pressure-free.
Stamps that arrive with letters
Small keepsakes from real friendships — never rewards, never targets. Stamps arrive naturally when a letter is received — just like real post.
How stamps work
Stamps aren’t collected by writing more letters. They arrive when a letter arrives — after both parents approve it.
Receive a letter
Your child opens a letter that has been approved by both parents.
From another country
The letter shows where it came from — like a real envelope.
A stamp arrives
A small stamp from the sender’s country is added automatically.
Children don’t earn stamps by writing more letters.
There’s no way to rush them, unlock them, or “collect them all”.
Country stamps
Examples of stamps children may receive with letters.

These are examples only. There are no leaderboards, popularity indicators, or comparisons between children.
Seasonal & special stamps
Some stamps are tied to a moment in time — such as a welcome letter or a seasonal event. These appear automatically and never affect who children can write to.

Occasionally, we create special stamps with organisations aligned with slow, safe communication for children.
What stamps are not
Not a reward system
Stamps aren’t used to push children to write more or do “tasks”.
Not a game or challenge
There are no streaks, targets, or “complete the set” mechanics.
Not something to chase
If a letter doesn’t arrive, neither does a stamp — and that’s intentional.
Stamps are a small part of the experience — built with the same safety-first principles as everything else on Stamplo.
