By accessing or using Stamplo (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of the Terms, you may not use the Service.
Stamplo is designed for parents and guardians to help their children (ages 7-14) connect with pen pals in a safe and supervised environment. As a parent, you must create an account and oversee your child's interactions on the platform.
Parents are fully responsible for managing their child's account, including approving pen pals and reviewing letters. Stamplo ensures that all communication between children is first passed through both the sender's and recipient's parents for approval.
When you register for an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and for all activities that occur under your account.
By using Stamplo, you agree that you will not:
All letters sent through Stamplo are first reviewed by both the sender's and recipient's parents. No letter will be delivered to a child without explicit approval from both parents. This helps maintain the safety and privacy of children using the platform.
Children are able to flag a delivered letter if it makes them feel worried; parents can then review the letter again and if they wish, escalate to our support team for further review.
You retain ownership of the content you send via Stamplo, including letters, photos, and other communications. However, by using the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to store, distribute, and process the content as necessary to provide the Service.
We take your privacy seriously. Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using Stamplo, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
If you escalate a flagged letter, you consent to us temporarily decrypting that message to investigate and respond.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in any conduct that we believe is harmful to the Service or other users.
The Service is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of the Service, and disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stamplo shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service or inability to access the Service.
These Terms apply to the services provided by Stamplo Limited (Company No. 16555069). Stamplo Limited is the data controller for personal data processed under these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by posting the updated Terms on our website. Continued use of the Service after changes to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the United Kingdom.
Stamplo is a parent-supervised communication platform, not a real-time messaging app or social network. Every piece of content your child sends is reviewed by you and the other parent before it’s delivered. While Stamplo uses industry-grade encryption and secure hosting, no system is 100% impenetrable. By using the Service, you agree that Stamplo shall not be liable for unauthorized access resulting from circumstances beyond our control, including compromised parent accounts or misuse of login credentials.
